If I'm not happy with my purchase, can I return it?

Yes! I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your art so we can arrange a refund or exchange. You will need to pay return shipping to my address. I’ll issue you a refund or exchange promptly after I receive the returned art.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free in the U.S. Shipping to other countries varies — please send me a message below to get a shipping quote to your country.

When will my purchase ship?

Your art is produced right after you place your order, so please allow up to 10 days for your item to be made and shipped. It can take another 7 days for your item to arrive at your U.S. location, depending on shipping delays. I will keep you updated on the status of your order as it moves through the production and shipping process.

If you’re located in another country, it could take 4 or more weeks for your art to arrive.

Who creates the art at ilovehorses.net?

Hi, I’m Kristin Berkery and I design all the art at ilovehorses.net in California. I began drawing and painting horses when I was a kid, and I sculpted horses for the model horse hobby in the early 2000s. I took a break from that to raise my children and run my marketing and technology business. Now that my kids are older (and my daughter is creating her own artwork) I have more time for my passion, designing horse art.

Where is ilovehorses.net art produced?

Whenever possible, my art is produced in the USA. I believe we should support U.S. businesses, especially in this challenging business climate. Currently I work with fine art manufacturers in Texas and Georgia.

I will always note where an art piece is manufactured on its Product page.

Can you create a custom portrait of my horse?

I’m not taking custom orders at this time.
